Single Support Incident
Up to 60 Minutes of Service - $79.95, one-time service fee. Our technicians will remotely connect to your computer and fix your problems or answer your questions for up to 60 minutes.
PDA to PC Synchronization
One-Time Synchronization Setup - $99.95, one-time service fee. My Computer Works technicians will synch your PDA (Palm, Blackberry, and Windows devices only) with your Outlook or the contact management software it ships with. Requires subscription on synchronized PC.
