How do I know this is safe to use?

What are your service hours?
Our tech support team is available every day from 8 AM-9 PM your local time. If you’re new to My Computer Works, you can reach our sales team from 7 AM-6PM Arizona Time.

Absolutely! If you’re already a member, you can call 877-629-6972 and choose option 1. If this is your first time with My Computer Works, call 800-935-6704 to get started.
Am I locked into a membership?
We ask that you try our service for 6 months to start. That gives us enough time to get to know your ongoing technology needs and ensure all your home technology is up and running as well as it can be. We even provide training so we advise all of our members to keep a list of items they need help with and give us a call as much as they like to get their issues solved. The majority of our customers actually stay with us for the life of their technology.
