You may have heard about the website Duck Duck Go and wondered what in the world is Duck Duck Go?

Duck Duck Go is a popular search engine for the growing group of people who want to maintain some sense of privacy when searching the web. Duck Duck Go’s privacy page says, DuckDuckGo doesn’t log any personally identifiable information. DuckDuckGo doesn’t use cookies to identify you, and it discards user agents and IP addresses from its server logs. Essentially that means when you use Duck Duck Go the only thing they know is someone showed up and searched for a keyword. They wouldn’t even have the data they need to prove you searched consecutively for two different phrases as their mandate says they will not collect, nor store this data.

Personally I have used Duck Duck Go and found that the results were highly relevant. In many cases almost more so than the other search engines you might use.
